Food Bank
Bread, dignity and a warmer winter
Flour, oil and fresh bread reach households that would otherwise face the cold season with empty shelves.

The food bank exists for the hardest weeks of the year, when work is scarce and prices climb. Staple parcels — flour, rice, oil and fresh bread — are delivered directly to families in Kabul and Nangarhar.
It is practical help offered with respect: no queues for a photograph, no conditions attached — just food on the table and a little more dignity through the winter.

Every girl deserves the opportunity to learn.
